A classic, reinvented. House baked brioche knot roll topped with crispy fish, locally sourced bacon, shredded romaine and "salsa golf" (a creamy tomato mayonnaise).
Served with our roasted jalapeno and charred scallion slaw on the side.
Salmon and watermelon marinated in yuzu, lime and chili with candied orange peel and fresh herbs. Served on a crisp tortilla with shredded cabbage and a side of sesame cucumber salad.
